The Broadband Working Group has held numerous ex parte meetings regarding NPSTC's Petition for Reconsideration on the 4.9 GHz Docket with the FCC.  These meetings included Wireless Bureau Chief John Muleta, as well as staff from the Chairman office and all of the Commissioners offices.  Many representatives from industry attended these meetings as well, supporting NPSTC's position on these issues.  This working group continues to maintain NPSTC's representation and voting rights within the IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.18 standards development bodies.  They also remain integral to the DSRC/IEEE-WAVE activities as they progress.
