Submit Updates

Submit new information for any of the categories. I will review your information and then move it to the appropriate category on the web site. You can also email the information, if you do not wish to use the below update screen.

Instructions to submit information:

  1. Select the Submit Updates button below.
  2. Enter Public for username and password.
  3. Select Login.
  4. Select Add News.
  5. Enter Title in Title field.
  6. Select Hide Date From Display.
  7. Enter a Description/Location into the Brief Description of the News Item field. You can select the HMTL Editor if you wish to enter a graphic image. Resize graphic image down to ½ inch high.
  8. Enter the URL of the information into the Existing Link field. Select Existing Link.
  9. If you do not have a URL, you can enter the information into the Body of News Item field. Select Window/POP-UP Window.
  10. You can also upload a file with the information. Select the Upload file button. Select the Browse to select your file.
  11. For Events enter the date of the event in the Body of News Item field.
  12. Optional: Enter your email address in the Body of News Item field to identify who submitted information. Your email address will not be displayed.
  13. Select Add News
  14. Select the Preview to preview the table. Also enter the web page and category where you want the information placed.
  15. Select the Logout button to logout.
  16. Close down the News Professional window.
